Welcome! I want to tell you all a little about myself and my mission. I’m a registered nurse, a wife, a daughter, a sister, a friend, a dog mom, and a new mama to a sweet baby boy! I’ve created a journal/planner called “Reflect & Renew 365.” This product is meant to encourage you to look back on your day and think about how you felt and what you did well (reflect), and then to determine what you could do better tomorrow (renew). It’s a great way to set goals for yourself and keep yourself accountable. Not only does it provide you with a spot to journal about your day, it also provides a section for you to plan your day. For those of you who like to plan your entire week out ahead of time, there’s a spot for that too! I challenge you to journal and plan every day for an entire year. My purpose of creating this site is to create a positive, up-lifting space for women to connect and share our stories.
